CLEAN the BEACHES!
At The Pirate's Daughter, we're all about keeping our beaches clean. There are 5.25 trillion pieces of plastic waste estimated to be in our oceans, and we want to do our part to lower that astonishing number.
Doing Our Part
We keep track of every purchase made through our website and count each and every one as ONE POUND of beach trash. Once we've accumulated enough purchases (pounds), we head to a beach and spend the day picking up plastics, discarded bottles, nets, bags, anything we can find, until we've hit our goal.

For example, say we had 50 ocean-loving people make 50 purchases from our website. The next time we hit the beach, we'll walk the sand until we remove 50 pounds of trash.
